The Sycamore

This project presents a modern institutional building characterized by a bold and refined architectural expression. Warm brick-toned surfaces are complemented by extensive glazing, strong horizontal lines, and a prominent covered entrance. The central water feature and landscaped gardens create a welcoming focal point, while paved pathways and open forecourts enhance movement and accessibility. The overall design combines contemporary aesthetics, functionality, and a strong sense of arrival.
